Apart from providing the necessary preliminary research, drawings and the usual service of a design studio, we also offer the additional service of building models in our own workshop.
Depending on our clients´ specifications, we can offer different stages of precision and various materials.
Of course, we can also provide prototypes or mini-series (usually in synthetic materials) so that our clients may run technical and/or commercial tests at reasonable cost.
With our CAD equipment and a CNC-milling cutter we can carry out 2D and 3D designs and shape forms and parts according to 3D data (different file formats such as VDA-FS, IGES or AutoCad-DXF) from our clients.

Under that, you see the prototype of a cheese knife for "parmesan", mainly from hardened steel and wood.
Followed by the model of an inline skater chassis made from carbon fiber and aluminum.
The 1:1 model of my wheel balancing machine consists of wood and other materials.
Next is the proportional model of a computer keyboard made of PU foam, enabling the clients to "touch-test" prior to further development.
And the revolutionary model of a sole for a high-tech shoe, formed from filling cement and laminate.
